Ganesha Prarthana

About Ganesha Prarthana:

  • Ganesha Prarthana is a software which can be used in many ways. You can use it to perform virtual poojas on your PC. It can never replace praying in a temple, but when you are in times of trouble and you cannot go to a temple immediately, you could perform a pooja, here.

  • Ganesha Prarthana can be used to listen to bhajans (sung in the praise of Lord Ganesha) and shlokas.

  • It can be used as a learning tool for singing bhajans, chanting shlokas and performing poojas in your homes.

  • It can even be used for learning to cook some good old Indian dishes. These recipes can be used to prepare the "Prasad" or offerings to the Lord.

  • Children and even elders can read and listen to the various stories and myths about Lord Ganesha.

  • Ganesha Prarthana has a lot of information about Ganesha temples all over the world.

Demo :

  • In the demo you will not be able to view the complete pooja (offering flowers, performing arathi and offering coconuts.)

  • In the Preview page, in this Demo, you can only select the prasad by clicking on that image. You cannot select the other things, as these features are only available on the complete version of Ganesha Prarthana.

  • You can meditate on Vijaya Ganapati by clicking on "Meditate" on the Vijaya Ganapati page. On this page you can listen to "OM Vijaya Ganapathayae namaha" chanted 108 times.
